Product Description
Making use of the good adhesive property of polypropylene & polyethylene at melting status,the machine adheres and laminates film to non woven fabric under pressure to make laminated or color-printed packaging nonwoven bags.The laminating with melted polypropylene & polyethylene film on the non woven surface of them to make the color-printed packaging bags .
The extruder with vertical gear reducer adopts automatic temperature-control system to adjust melting temperature,the screw and cylinder are made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel and done treatment of nitrogenation.The double-die can realize single or double-face coating.width of coating &laminating can be regulated,and stepless speed regulation is to control coating thickness and laminating speed.The photoelectric meter of edge correcting assures the accuracy of coating.automatic edge cutting.counting,edge-blowing,and winding devices are applied
